Day 1 :

MARRAKECH – TIZI N’TICHKA PASS – TELOUET – AIT BENHADDOU KASBAH – OUARZAZATE

We pick you up from your accommodation in Marrakech at 8 a.m. and drive you to Telouet via the High Atlas Mountains, going over the Tizi N'tichka pass (2260 m in height). In Telouet, we visit the Kasbah of Pasha Glaoui and stop for lunch at a local restaurant. We'll travel to Ait Ben Haddou in the afternoon, passing via the Ounila valley and its Berber settlements. You will visit Ait Benhaddou Kasbah before continuing to Ouarzazate. Dinner and stay at an Ouarzazate hotel.

Day 2 :

OUARZAZATE – SKOURA -KELAA M’GOUNA – VALLEY OF ROSES – DADES GORGES – BOUMALNE – TINEGHIR – TODRA GORGES

This morning, after breakfast at the hotel, we'll depart for Skoura, where we'll see the Kasbah of Amredil, a lovely Kasbah set among palm trees along the "Route of a Thousand Kasbahs." Later on, the trip continues via the Valley of Roses and then traverses an off-road section with the option of seeing a cave-dwelling nomad family. You take a tour of the Dades gorges and see the rock formations. Following that, go to Boulmane du Dades for lunch. In the afternoon, we proceed to Tineghir and then to Todra Gorges, where we may take in the breathtaking views of the Canyons. Dinner and accommodation at the Kasbah hotel.

Day 3 :

TODRA GORGES – TINEJDAD – TOUROUG TOWN – ERFOUD – ERG -CHEBBI (MERZOUGA)

This morning, you'll take a stroll through the Palm Plantations, taking in the panoramic views of the Todra River. Later in the afternoon, we travel to Tinjedad for lunch at a small restaurant. Later on, you'll travel through numerous villages, including Touroug (a Berber hamlet) and El-Jarf, on your way to Erfoud. You'll pay a visit to a local fossil-related craft studio. Following that, you'll proceed to the mesmerizing dunes of Erg Chebbi, popularly known as Merzouga Dunes. Arrive at the hotel and prepare for an hour and a half camel journey to watch the sunset. You will proceed on the back of your dromedary to the camp or an overnight in a typical nomadic tent. Dinner and overnight in a bivouac among the sand dunes.

Day 4 :

MERZOUGA – KHAMLIA – NOMAD FAMILY MERZOUGA4×4DESERT TOUR

Early in the morning, watch the sunrise from the top of a dune in the Sahara Desert, followed by breakfast. Following these breathtaking moments, you'll ride your camel back to the hotel for a shower. You will be taken on a tour of the dunes on 444 that includes visits to black volcanic rocks containing fossils, a nomad family living in the desert, a khamlia village with Gnawa spiritual music entertainment, and a visit to the lake Dayte Sarji, which forms in the spring and attracts pink flamingos and wildlife. After that, you'll eat lunch in Merzouga or Hassi Labied. Following lunch, you'll see the canal irrigation system and take a stroll in the oasis at the foot of the dunes. Continue to your hotel and have a shower. Dinner and accommodation at an Auberge.

Day 5 :

MERZOUGA – ERFOUD – MIDELT – AZROU – IFRANE – FES

Today, you'll go to Rissani and conduct a market investigation (Souks). Later in the day, you'll leave for Errachidia via Erfoud, Aoufous, and the valley of Ziz, pausing for a panoramic view of the Aoufous oasis in the Tafilalte area. Continuation to Midelt through the Tizi N'talghamt pass and a lunch stop. After lunch, you will be taken to Fes (the medieval city), passing through the Cedar forest between Azrou and the Middle Atlas Mountains, where you may observe Barbary monkeys (monkies). You may want to make a stop at Ifrane (Morocco's Switzerland) on your way to Fes. In Fes, you will be dropped off.
