Shared Marrakech Desert Tours 3 Days

Your 3-day desert trip from Marrakech to Merzouga dunes & camel trek will depart from your riad or hotel at about 08h00 in the morning. Our Morocco desert trip will begin with a drive to Kasbah Ait Ben Hadou, passing via the Tizi Ntichka pass and the High Atlas Mountains. Along the journey, several stops will be made. Visit the UNESCO-listed Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, which has also been used as a location for a number of Hollywood blockbusters. Before lunch, we proceed to Ouarzazate and visit Kasbah Taourirte ( At leisure ). We travel to Boumalne Dades in the afternoon, passing through the Valley of the Roses on our way to our boutique guesthouse in Dades Valley.

Today, after breakfast and a shower at the hotel / Riad, we will continue our 3-day desert trip through the Todra canyon (the tallest valley in Morocco, where alpinists take a rest), which also includes a river, palm trees, and wheat fields. After seeing the old kasbahs, continue on to Erfoud through the berber bedouin villages of southern Morocco, arriving in Merzouga. Where we will meet our camels, who are awaiting a Sahara journey across the Erg Chebbi sand dunes. Dinner and overnight stay in a Berber tent (BIVUAC) in the midst of the desert, one of the most beautiful locations in the world, where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset, as well as a starry sky.

Early in the morning, your camel tour guide will awaken you to see the sunrise. After breakfast and a shower, we will begin our Morocco trip back to Marrakech by a different route via Rissani, Alnif, Tazarine, N'kob, and Agdz ( Daraa Valley ). Along the way, we stopped for lunch. And then continue on to Marrakech through the High Atlas, bringing your 3-day journey from Marrakech to the Erg Chebbi dunes to an end.

The camel ride takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes over incredible red-orange sand dunes at dusk to reach the Sahara camp, where you'll be given a sumptuous supper and entertained by the crew around a burning fire.
